Once your routine is saved in the Personal Trainer, each time you open Pocket Workout you'll be taken to your Today's Routine. On days you're scheduled to exercise, touch one of the listed exercises to enter your data for each set. The target number displayed at the bottom is your goal for that day.
On days you're not scheduled to exercise, you'll be shown an overview of your current routine including Days Left, Targets Beat, Targets Hit, Targets Missed.
