If you're new to Pocket Workout, you'll be sent directly to the Personal Trainer system where you'll be required to establish your first routine before moving forward. You can read more about Personal Trainer configuration in third section of the user manual.
The next step is to complete your user profile by taking pictures and logging your weight, waist, and height stats. All user stats are persistent, which means you can update them at anytime and they'll be recorded on a day-to-day basis.
You're done! Now it's just a matter of entering your routine data on the days you've scheduled to workout. And don't worry, we made it easy - it only takes two taps and you're entering data.
